New leaks of GoPro's upcoming camera suggest it will be able to capture 4K footage at 60fps.
In the latest in a line of high-profile technology leaks, rumoured details about the upcoming GoPro Hero 6 Black have also been released.
A post shared by American website PhotoRumors appears to reveal the packaging of the new action camera and show that it will be able to capture 4K footage at 60fps.

If this leak is to be believed, then the new camera will be a significant upgrade on the 4K footage at 30fps that the GoPro Hero 5 Black is limited to.
These footage improvements should also help make the playback smoother and details clearer than previous versions, which is great news for filmmakers who are shooting in more uncontrollable locations.
The Verge has also reported on another leak from Best Buy in Canada, which reportedly shows that it will be able to capture 1080p footage at 240 fps, allowing slow motion footage at 10x slower than real time.
More details are rumoured in the leak, such as a retail price of $649 Canadian Dollars. While there are no firm details on UK pricing yet, the Hero 5 Black is currently on sale for £391.99, so expect a price tag higher than that.
It’s thought that all of the details and specifications are set to be announced alongside the reported release of the GoPro Hero 6 Black on September 28.
